Coco Cumbi’s ponchos are handmade by talented textile markers from Ecuador’s Andes Highlands.
Woven using the same traditional methods for hundreds of years, our ponchos are soft, warm, 100% hypoallergenic and kind to your skin.
For every order, we plant a tree
We use natural sources such as cochineal, achiote, and tocte - all unique to the flora from the Andes, to give different shades of colour to the Alpaca wool. You’ll be guaranteed warmth as these are designed for people who live in heights of 2,530 meters above sea level.
Our Alpaca ponchos are of the highest quality, resistant to solar radiation and three times stronger and seven times warmer than sheep's wool.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas so it has not been used yet, but it looks and feels amazing (really soft) and I know she will love it - it's light enough to pack easily, I am buying it to keep her cosy at Uni next year.
