Product Care
Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days to arrive and it may take us 1-3 days to process your order. So, please allow for at least 8 working days for your purchase to arrive.
You can always track your order with the tracking number provided to you once your order has been processed. It may be closer to you than you realize!
If your product has still not arrived, please feel free to email info@cococumbi.com with your order number included clearly in the email. We will get straight on to understanding why your purchase is not yet with you.

If you wish to send your product as a gift please mention it in the 'Add a note' section on our secure checkout page. Feel free to write a short message to your friend that we will include in the packaging for you.
Remember to add the receivers shipping details and not yours so that we know where to send your gift.
What we love about our products, as they are all handmade, is that almost all of them are unique in their style and design. So, if there was a specific item you like and it is out of stock, it is highly unlikely that the exact same product will come back in stock.
However, there are many items that are very similar in the style which you can choose from!
If a style or product category is completely out of stock that you would like to buy them, please send an email with your request to info@cococumbi.com and we will let you know when we have more. Alternatively, you can sign up to our newsletter to hear from us about new product arrivals.
If you are having trouble with our website, navigating around it or notice a fault or issue then please email info@cococumbi.com. Please detail where and what exactly is the issue that you are facing.
Your email will go directly to our website designer who will solve your issue and be in contact once it has been resolved.
