All of our products are packaged using both sturdy and elegant materials carefully chosen to fulfil the protection needs of the product with the environment in mind.
Since all of our packaging is made from environmentally friendly and recycled materials, we ask you not to throw it away. Instead, please use the boxes next time you need to send something to a friend or as storage for your loose household items.

SHIPPING POLICY

Prices are charged in Sterling Pounds.

Shipping services are provided by UPS and Royal Mail.

FREE postage and packaging for all orders within the UK.

Standard delivery takes between 2-5 working days for the UK from the date of postage.

A standard delivery charge of £7.50 will be added to your order for packaging and postage for Europe and £16 for the Rest of the World.

Standard delivery takes between 5-10 working days for the rest of the world from the date of postage.

Delivery will take place between Monday to Friday.
Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely pleased and happy with every purchase that you make with Coco Cumbi. We care about the service we provide and the experience that our customers have with us. If you are discontent with any product you ordered, depending on the circumstances, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return the product for a refund of its purchase price.

Given the case that you are not fully pleased with your order, you can simply return the product to us in its original condition within a period of 14 days of receipt.

In order to be considered as a returned item, the product must be unused and returned together with its original packaging with any documentation placed within.

Complete our Returns Form below and lets us know if you want an exchange or a refund. Be sure to fill the form properly, otherwise, we won't be able to process your refund request.

5. When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Coco Cumbi.
6. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For that reason, we highly recommend using tracked services to ensure the product's safe arrival to us.
7. It is important to note that items returned with any stains (including make-up stains), washed or handled inappropriately will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
8. The refund and exchange process will take around 2-5 business days once the product arrives at our warehouse.
9. Return costs are refundable when the items are faulty (receive damage or due to a manufacturing fault). If your item is deemed faulty, we can offer alternatives such as a replacement. Please note that most of our products are unique in their style and design, thus we may not be able to replace your product for the same.
10. Any claim for damaged or broken products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
11. We will send an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
12. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by emailing info@cococumbi.com This must be sent within a 6-hour window from the time of order. Please include your Order Number and reason for cancellation in your email.
